I had my 1st reflexology session with Amanda yesterday and i can only describe it as pure heaven! The room was relaxing, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Amanda was so lovely and welcoming and listened to me and knew exactly where my problems were . The treatment was so wonderful, i was so relaxed and think i actually drifted off to sleep ! Felt relaxed and slept like a baby that night. Cant wait for my next 2 treatments.

I was suffering from Sciatica and was in real pain. Amanda fitted me in at short notice and after 2 sessions I am pretty much pain free. Bowen is amazing. I have never had such speedy results from other treatments. On top of that, Amanda is lovely - clearly very knowledgeable but also puts you instantly at ease. Highly recommend giving it a try.
